- Weddings are becoming a growing financial burden, with 38% of Gen Z and Millennials who attended a wedding in the past year taking on debt to cover expenses. 1
- The U.S. continues to dominate global wealth creation, with the worldwide ultra-high-net-worth population (individuals with a net worth exceeding $30 million) rising 14.4% in 2025 to 556,850 individuals. The U.S. is home to 37% of the world's UHNW population, more than the next 10 countries combined. 2
- Housing affordability continues to reshape household formation, as 49% of Americans under age 30 now live with a parent, up 12 percentage points since 2019. Additionally, 55% of young adults who moved back home said they did so out of financial necessity rather than preference. 3
- Market leadership has broadened in 2026, with the S&P 493 gaining 14.4% year-to-date, compared with 9.3% for the S&P 500 and 2.4% for the Magnificent Seven. The performance gap reflects stronger participation from stocks outside the market's largest companies. *4
