Susan Michel is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glen Eagle, a full-service Registered Investment Advisor and Broker-Dealer. Susan founded Glen Eagle in 2002. Glen Eagle is a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
Today, under Susan’s principled guidance, Glen Eagle has grown to become a national financial services firm providing corporations, family offices, business owners, and multigenerational families with trusted stewardship and transparent access to their wealth. Glen Eagle serves clients in 32 states and manages over $4 billion dollars in assets.
Susan’s business leadership has been recognized by numerous organizations, including, among others: the 2020 Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Star Award; the Brava Award by Smart CEO; the National Enterprising Woman of the Year Award; and the Enterprising Women Top 20 in 2020 Award. Susan currently serves as the Common Stock Director of CircleBlack, Inc., a financial technology firm that provides aggregation and reporting tools to broker-dealers and investment advisors. Susan believes it is important to give back to others through service. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton, as a Trustee on the Board of Saint Elizabeth University, and as a board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
As the Chief Investment Officer, Rob is responsible for the firm’s market research, investment outlook, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Glen Eagle, Rob worked in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in New York City. Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts in both economics and political science from Yale University in addition to later attending the University of Pennsylvania’s Business School Wharton for his MBA. Rob currently serves on the Finance Committee of St. Patrick's Church in Philadelphia, the Board of the Dough Main Financial Literacy Foundation, and the Finance Committee of the Naval Square Community.
As Chief Operating Officer, Carol Ann is responsible for overseeing the 401k department and client retirement projections. Prior to joining Glen Eagle, Carol Ann worked in the Wealth Management Division at Merrill Lynch, Annuities Group at Prudential, and Global Capital Markets group at M&T Bank in New York City. Carol Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Notre Dame in addition to later returning to Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business for her MBA. Carol Ann currently serves on the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) of Philadelphia committee in addition to serving as a Board Member for the DoughMain Financial Literacy Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to building a better tomorrow by educating students today, to forge a financially literate America.
Vincent is the Chief Compliance Officer for Glen Eagle Advisors and Glen Eagle Wealth. He is responsible for regulatory monitoring of the firm’s registered representatives and the implementation of supervisory policies and procedures. Vincent is also responsible for continuing education training; maintaining the firm’s business continuity planning; and monitoring the books and records.
Vincent started his finance career with the Prudential Insurance Company of America in 1988. He has held many “C” level positions at other broker-dealers over the past 16 years, including serving as CCO and COO at Trade Trek Securities, LLC, and CEO and CCO for New Albion Partners, LLC.
Vincent maintains the Series 7, 24, 57, 63, 99 registrations.
Laura joined Glen Eagle Advisors in 2015. She works closely with Susan Michel and the entire Glen Eagle team. Her duties include managing the CEO’s schedule, research, and special projects. Prior to joining Glen Eagle, Laura worked as Chief of Staff-Tech at Zirtual.
Laura has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of North Texas. She also speaks fluent Spanish.
Kathleen is responsible for overseeing the firm’s client service team. She works closely with our partners including Pershing, mutual fund providers, and insurance companies. Prior to joining Glen Eagle, Kathleen worked as a teacher in both Virginia and Colorado and as an executive at Blue Cross of New Jersey dealing with National Accounts. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Saint Elizabeth.
Regina is responsible for Glen Eagle’s back office operations where she works closely with clients, tracks workflows, and interacts with third-party vendors. Prior to joining Glen Eagle, Regina worked in operations and human resources. She graduated from Wake Forest University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women and Gender Studies.

Charlie’s extensive professional experience includes establishing and managing several institutional and retail brokerage firms. His knowledge and experiences within the Financial industry give him a unique perspective when looking to find appropriate investment products to meet both individual and business client needs. Currently, Charlie is a FINRA registered representative offering securities through Glen Eagle Wealth LLC, and an investment advisor representative.
In addition, he is President of Financial Fitness Services, a licensed Insurance Agency in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Glen Eagle, he was a registered representative with Lombard Securities in Baltimore, Maryland from 2002 through 2012. He decided to join Glen Eagle after meeting its Principals, John and Susan Michel, and discussing the client-focused culture and local support they could provide, should the need occur.
Charlie is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with 30 years of client-focused business development management experience. He has a solid track record, gained through assignments leveraging business development creativity, professional managerial, and technical brokerage expertise. His extensive business experience in the financial services industry with a focus on discount and full-service brokerage and insurance services includes sales, marketing, back-office operations, compliance, and product & system development. He leverages his extensive knowledge of the financial industry and products to meet his clients’ financial needs.
Charlie is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. He is registered with FINRA holding his Series 7, 65, and 63 licenses.
Charlie and his wife Kathe reside in Doylestown, PA, and have three children Caitlyn, Chip, and Kathleen. Charlie volunteers many hours to coaching intercity youth with the New Jersey Roadrunners Basketball AAU program. His coaching and mentoring prepare the players both academically and athletically to succeed at the collegiate level and beyond.

Ansie Monaghan began her wealth management career in 1991 in fixed income trading and wealth preservation for families. At the core of her practice - and the Glen Eagle family - are the values of integrity, knowledge, and trust. These serve as the foundation of creating a lifelong commitment to achieving the goals that each client has.
Ansie attended the University of Virginia and earned a BA in International Relations with a minor in Religion. In her spare time, Ansie enjoys swimming and has competed in open water swims around the world. She is a passionate advocate for the elderly. She serves on the Advisory Committee of Womanspace, a nonprofit based in Mercer County. She has also volunteered with Zonta, an organization that empowers women.

Stevan Radanovic is a registered investment advisor and has been with Glen Eagle since 2008. Stevan specializes in retirement planning, including IRA’s, 403B’s, and 401k’s for individuals as well as small and large businesses. Steve and Glen Eagle Advisors are providers for a 403B program for a local School District in New Jersey.
Steve believes in creating wealth over time by developing high-quality portfolios that are both diversified and specific to the needs of his clients. Steve works closely with his clients on the management of their accounts. He believes in providing sound financial judgment in a clear and concise manner.
Steve earned a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College and began his professional career as a teacher and has taught in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As a swimming coach, Steve’s teams captured three New Jersey State High School championships.

Margaret Jane Field Gore (Jane) joined Glen Eagle Advisors on February 1, 2019. In the recent past, Jane was affiliated with Summit Financial, LLC and affiliated entities (Summit Equities, Inc., Summit Financial Resources, Inc. and their affiliates since 2016.) Her Summit affiliation was as an investment advisor representative as well as an insurance agent with Summit Risk Management, LLC. After September 2018, she provided securities brokerage through unaffiliated broker Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investment. From 2016 to September 2018 brokerage services were conducted through Summit Equities, LLC., as an employee of Nolan Wealth Management. Prior to her affiliation with Summit, Jane worked at Insight Private Advisors from June 2013 to April 2016.
Jane is an active member of her community. She is a Board Member at the Princeton Senior Resource Center. She is also a Board Member of the Princeton Regional Chamber's Women in Business Alliance. In 2019, Jane created the Princeton Women in Business (PWIB) group which meets quarterly at the businesses represented in the membership. This group shares business relationships.
Jane earned her Bachelor of Science at Wheelock College and Masters of Business Administration at Simmons College.
Jane holds a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation from the American College of Financial Services. The RICP designation means that the RICP has met the following requirements: three years of full-time business experience or the equivalent part-time experience (2000 hours equals one-year full time. The RICP must have completed 3 required courses (the equivalent of 9 semester credit hours) and a proctored closed-book final exam. The individual must successfully complete continuing education requirements currently 15 hours every two years.

John Blackmon joined Glen Eagle Advisors as a financial advisor in 2008 after working for Merrill Lynch for 37 years. He held various senior leadership positions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, John served as an active-duty Army Officer for several years. He currently lives and works in Alabama.
John is currently active on the Board of a 501(c) Foundation.
John graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree in business. He served on the President’s Cabinet for The University of Alabama and The Culverhouse Business School Board. In addition, the Business School Dean appointed him to a term overseeing the Faculty Enhancement Foundation. In 2003, John and his wife, Jenny, endowed a scholarship at the University of Alabama Business School that has been utilized by 72 Students thus far since inception.
John and his wife, Jenny, have 3 children (2 daughters and a son) and 2 grandchildren. They are members of All Saints Episcopal Church in Birmingham where John served on the Finance Committee. Jenny has served on the Vestry, was formerly the Senior Warden, and currently serves on the Pastoral Care Committee.

Kathy has over 30 years of investment management experience. Before joining Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC Kathy worked for over nine years as a Portfolio Manager/Investment Strategist and was a member of the Investment Policy Committee for Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors in Princeton, NJ. Previously, Kathy was with JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York for over 18 years. There she was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President in the Personal Asset Management Division. In this position, Kathy was responsible for managing over 200 investment and trust portfolios totaling over $180 million in assets. Kathy also worked for the JPMorgan Private Bank, where she served as Portfolio Manager for both domestic and international clients, managing over $580 million in assets. In addition, during her tenure, she was a manager in the International Private Banking Operations division. Kathy started her career at American International Group as an Investment Administrator and moved on to manage corporate fixed-income assets totaling over $1 billion, as well as managing the cash position for an AIG Offshore Mutual Fund. Kathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Bernard M. Baruch College in New York. She holds her Series 65 Registered Investment Advisory license, as well as her Series 63 license.
Kathy is a money manager who is not only dedicated to her clients but is also dedicated to giving back to the community! She serves as Trustee for the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine in Freehold, as well as Co-Chair of the Finance Council. Kathy is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Trustees for the nonprofit agency Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County. She has served on the Executive Board of the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair and is Past Chair of the Chamber’s Women in Business Committee. Kathy is a Personal Management Merit Badge counselor for Boy Scout Troop 155 in Freehold.
Kathy sponsors a FREE year-long monthly program called “The Discussion Series” which is hosted at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine or by Zoom during the pandemic. Kathy was a 2012 nominee for the ATHENA International Award which celebrates all women as valued members and leaders of the community and recognizes those who support them. The award honors individuals who strive toward the highest level of business and professional accomplishment. It also celebrates women who excel in their chosen field. These women dedicate their time and energy to their community in a meaningful way and also open paths so that others may follow. The ATHENA nominee also is a role model that encourages women to achieve their fullest leadership potential.
Kathy is an annual sponsor of several events in her community, including for the local Knights of Columbus program, “Bring a Soldier Home for the Holidays.” She will be a speaker for the organization in April 2021. She is also an annual sponsor for the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine EHAP (Emergency House & Advocacy Program) which houses homeless/transition men during the winter months.
Kathy has been involved with the Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County for 11 years. She served as Chair of the Board and is currently a member of the Advisory Board. She donates annually to their Angel Fund and for their Special Events such as the Volunteer Luncheon/Shining Lights Award Dinner. Kathy was recognized with the Shining Lights Award. Establishing our Lewes, Delaware satellite office, Marylou Wellbrock-Reeves CFP® joined Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC in 2018. Prior to that time, Marylou was President of Thomas Mack Associates, Inc., a fee-only financial planning and investment management practice located for over thirty years in Rockaway, New Jersey, and recently of Lewes, Delaware.
After graduating from Rider University, Marylou began her career in the Personal Financial Planning Division of E.F. Hutton and Company, Inc., in New York City where she received extensive training in tax, investment, financial, and estate planning. Later, Marylou joined the Summit Trust Company in Summit, New Jersey to help form their Personal Financial Planning Department, one of the first such programs sponsored by a bank in the State of New Jersey. In 1988, and shortly after earning her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, Marylou opened her own financial planning practice, Thomas Mack Associates, Inc.
Over her career, Marylou has conducted several financial planning workshops and seminars and for many years, Marylou contributed to columns in the Morris County, New Jersey Daily Record. Marylou has also been a featured writer in Renaissance Magazine, a bimonthly publication for Morris County Senior Citizens. In the past, Marylou has instructed a course on Personal Finance for People in Transition as well as Financial Planning for Seniors at County College of Morris (CCM) in New Jersey and also has been a guest speaker as part of the Rutgers Cooperative personal finance program. Although she works with many retirees, pre-retirees, widows, and divorcees, Marylou also works with individuals who have come into sudden wealth from an inheritance, a severance package, or those facing any type of financial transition.
Marylou is an active member of her community. She is an Intake volunteer at the Community Resource Center, which builds bridges for neighbors in need. She is on the Alumna Council at the Dana Hall School and on the Finance Committee with the City of Lewes. At St. Peter’s Church, one of the oldest churches in Delaware, she is on the Finance Committee and active on the Open Door Committee, Capital Campaign. She is also a Stephen Minister in training at St. Peters.
Marylou has owned a home in Lewes, Delaware since 2001, but only recently moved there full time. Joining her New Jersey friend, CEO Susan Michel, at Glen Eagle, allows Marylou to continue to work with her New Jersey clients while growing her practice in Delaware with access to Glen Eagle’s investment research, administrative, operational, and technology support.
Peter Tomlin (Tom) Agnew serves as Vice President of HUB International Northeast (Post & Kurtz Division) based in New York City. Prior to HUB acquiring Post & Kurtz, Tom was the Owner from 1991-2006. An employee of HUB since this merger, Tom is a Producer and Account Manager relating primarily to large New York City law firms.
With more than 30 years of insurance and risk management experience, Tom is a tenured professional that specializes in employee benefits for law firm partnerships. Additionally, he possesses insurance brokerage consulting experience in the following areas: Large Group Medical and Dental; Group Term and Variable Life; Short and Long Term Disability, and Long Term Care.
Tom is an American College Chartered Life Underwriter and Fellow of the Life Management Institute. He graduated from New York University in 1976 with an MBA in Finance and also has a BA in English (Cum Laude) from Amherst College.
Tom holds life, annuity, and property & casualty insurance licenses in the State of New York, and has a Series 6 securities license, and is affiliated with Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC in Hamilton, NJ.

Robert Zawisha recently joined Glen Eagle as a licensed registered representative and an individual advisor representative. Robert is a licensed insurance agent and has been in the financial services industry for 30 years.
Robert’s role in financial planning is rooted in his educational background, which began by receiving a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Bridgeport. Upon graduation, he began his career working for a large international public accounting firm (now known as Deloitte & Touche), and then transitioned into the private sector where he held several positions including Controller and Director of Finance and Administration. In 1992, Bob’s solid financial background became the perfect avenue of opportunity to be in business for himself assisting others to meet their financial planning needs.
Robert Zawisha is a founding member of benefEx Benefit Consulting in Livingston, NJ. “benefEx” was created in 2000 with the vision of providing benefit consulting services to corporations while helping their employees make qualified decisions about their own financial needs. benefEx is not affiliated with Glen Eagle.
During his career, Robert has been a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and has served as President of the Morris/Sussex chapter of the society. Bob has also served as a Trustee, on the Board of Trustees of the Diabetes Foundation, Inc. from 1992 to 2016. During his tenure as a board member, he held the positions of Treasurer, Vice-President, Executive Vice-President and President.
