• Elon Musk became the world's first trillionaire, with an estimated net worth exceeding the combined wealth of Jeff Bezos, Larry Page, and Sergey Brin. At roughly $1 trillion, his fortune would exceed the combined personal wealth of citizens in 156 countries. 1
• The S&P 500 gained more than 5% in both April and May. Since World War II, this has happened 11 other times. In each case, the index was higher one year later, with an average gain of 22.1%. *2
•  Technology continues to lead the market. From the stock market’s March 30th low through June 4th, the S&P 500 rose 19.1%, while technology gained 44.5%. All 10 of the top-performing S&P 500 stocks were technology companies. *2
• U.S. stocks have outperformed European stocks by over 150% in the past decade, largely due to tech concentration. The S&P 500 is 47% technology and communications, with Nvidia alone at 8%, while the European stock market is only 10% technology. *3
