  • Employer health coverage costs are expected to rise 9.5% in 2026, the fastest increase since 2011. Family plans now average $25,500/year, about the cost of a small car. 1
  • From Apr 8 – Sep 2, the S&P 500 jumped 25%+ —for only the 12th time in 70+ years. Historically, the index has gained an average of 6% in the next three months. *2
  • In July, the number of unemployed workers exceeded job openings for the first time since April 2021. Job openings fell to 7.18 million, while unemployment rose to 7.24 million. 2
  • Investors are evaluating pharma companies’ reliance on vaccine revenue as CDC critics grow. Bristol-Myers Squibb, J&J, and Eli Lilly have virtually none, while vaccines make up 19% of Merck’s and 20% of Pfizer’s revenue. 3
